You submit stuff whenever you want on whatever occasion and itll probably be posted as soon as its put into a good form that fits the rest of the site... :3

only time i could see deadlines coming in is when i ask for something specific but im probably not gonna do that ver often :3

Sounds like a very interesting project you have going on,I wish you the best of luck! I will keep watch of this,I also want to help as much,but I'm not sure yet I'm really bad when it comes to deadlines.
